The Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, raiSE, is an ecosystem builder set up to raise awareness and support for Social Enterprises. As a membership body, raiSE provides credibility to them through the BusinessForGood branding and supports them with venture-building initiatives.

At the heart of the SE ecosystem, raiSE also engages ecosystem stakeholders such as corporations, SMEs, Social Service Agencies, investors, and intermediaries that are interested in learning more about the Social Enterprise model or partnering with Social Enterprises.

raiSE advocates for the SE Model to be the future of businesses where social impact creation is seen as a priority and a value creator, not a cost centre. SEs embody traits of intentionality, additionality, and proportionality in their approach to strategic impact creation.
